My favourite LoZ game is the one where you just get a house and do gardening. In that one Link is known as the Hero of Thyme. Exploration is fun though, the game gives you a navi-gator. I explored and found Zelda and said 'hey babe are you wearing pegasus boots, because you're running through my mind all day'. . I visited Lon Lon Ranch and it was udderly disappointing. Found a door I couldn't open and Sheikah showed up out of nowhere and said 'Triforce'. So I got bored and went back to the garden. Found some nice ingredients and learned cooking from Din, the Oracle of Seasons. But after our cooking session she asked me to defeat Ganon who was trying to take down the internet. He hates it because there are too many links.
